I like to make sure I have my kitchen ready for smoothies every week. To have your kitchen smoothie ready, I like to buy 2 or 3 bundles of banana every week. I will leave them on the counter until they are ripe; then I slice them and store them in a large freezer bag. I buy frozen pineapple chunks in bulk either from Costco or Aldi. We typically have about 4-6, ½ gallons of Oat Milk. My favorite is the Aldi brand. It tastes the best and has no added sugars. Spinach and Hemp Hearts are also great to get in bulk from Costco and my Vanilla Protein is from Young Living, its amazing!
This Green smoothie is a great starting point for getting into smoothies. Kids love it too! Once you get in the groove you can start playing with the recipe and finding new additions to add. Anything green is great in it!
